ShockWave2™ Kevlar®/Nomex® Arc Flash Lanyards
Durable Kevlar/Nomex tubular webbing ideal for welding applications. Expands to 6' and contracts to 4 1/2' in reaction to movements, reducing trip-fall hazards, dragging and snagging. Available in single leg or double-leg, 100% tie-off configurations with a choice of snap hooks, rebar hooks or choker web connectors. Incorporates a unique inner core that immediately begins to extend and absorb energy during a fall, limiting arresting forces to no more than 900 lbs. Impact indicator allows user to visually inspect unit for a fall. Electric arc tested to 40 cal/cm². Meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA and ASTM F887-05.
