MX6 iBrid™ Multi-Gas Monitors, Sensors and Accessories
Gas Detection at its finest, the iBrid™ MX6 is Industrial Scientific’s premium multi gas monitor. The MX6 is the first gas monitor with a full-color LCD display screen that improves safety with clear readings in low light or bright light and is easy to read. Additionally, the menu driven PEG (Portable Embedded GUI) operating system allows navigation through the instrument settings and functions using an easy to understand graphical user interface (GUI). Industrial Scientific developed the 5-way instrument navigation button, up, down, left, right and enter positions in a single button, to provide the user with clear, tactile feedback as they navigate through the instrument graphic menu choices.
The most common sensor configuration is with LEL, CO, H2S, O2, however, the iBrid can support 25 Interchangeable/field replaceable sensors including PID, infrared (IR), catalytic bead and electrochemical sensor options.
The versatile MX6 Gas Monitor comes with Interchangeable lithium-ion and alkaline power sources, providing the user with around-the-clock monitoring capabilities and battery power available at a moment’s notice, and the optional extended range lithium-ion battery pack can provide run times of up to 36 continuous hours and even extend run times in high power applications when sampling pumps and PID or infrared sensors are in use.
ISC’s datalogging for this monitor is best in class offering extended datalogging memory which allows the user to store readings at 1-minute intervals for 6 gases for a minimum of 1 year and the on-board event logger provides capability to review the last 15 gas alarm events on the instrument display, giving historical feedback and information for incident review and evaluation.
The MX6 iBrid is our most rugged instrument ever and carries a lifetime warranty. As with most of Industrial Scientific’s new instruments; the MX6 is fully compatible with our DS2 docking station, iNet DS and iNet™ Instrument Network.
